Tae Shape Taekwondo & Fitness Club in Vancouver, B.C.
Our Coaching staff and their trainees participated and won in several
international competitions including 6 World Taekwondo Championships,
9 European Taekwondo Championships, and 2004 Olympic Games in Athens.
Our head coach, Alexei Orekhov is a Master of Taekwondo with an
extensive coaching background. In addition to 29 years experience
in martial arts, Alexei has a degree in physical education.

Cardio Kickbox
Cardio-kickboxing is ideal for physically fit people who exercise aerobically at least three times a week, and can be adapted for people who are less physically fit.
