BREAKING WOODS: 10.30 am
SPARRING COMPETITION: 11.00 am

Halloween party & potluck: 12 pm

 
Place: 8877 Selkirk Street, Vancouver, BC.
Registration Fee: $30/1 event, $40/2 events, $50/3 events (cash or cheque payable to Tae-Shape).
Registration at door: 9:00 A.M.

Awards: 1st 2nd 3rd place medals
Required Equipment: Head Protector, Arm & Shin Pads, Chest & Groin Guard, Mouth Guard, WTF TKD Uniform
Sparring Rounds: 2 rounds, 1 minute each
Rules: Current WTF Rules Apply
All Color Belts and Jr. Black Belts (age 13 & under) NO HEADKICKS.
